12/24/2024, 07:59The municipal enterprise “Center of Digital Technologies” has implemented a new function in the mobile application “My City”, allowing the city residents to directly address the mayor. The new section “Appeal to the Mayor” will be under special control of the city authorities.
With the help of the new function users can send their appeals and receive a prompt report on their fulfillment. City services will provide a report with photo or video fixation of completed works, which will increase transparency and efficiency of interaction.
The initiative was implemented on the instructions of Mayor Aibek Junushaliyev, who at a recent planning meeting emphasized the importance of timely and quality response to residents' appeals through the application.
To date, the number of active users of the “My City” application has reached 457.1 thousand. The application allows citizens to send real-time appeals on issues in the field of housing and utilities, transportation block, bus stops, location of evacuated vehicles, tax payment, city improvement and others.
