The previously planned gratuitous transfer of the hotel “Dostuk” to the investor was canceled. Instead, the parties concluded an additional agreement, according to which the property of the hotel complex will be transferred for temporary use on a paid basis. This means that the investor will now use the object on the terms of lease, rather than gratuitous possession.

As stated in the official notification of the company, on April 4, the decision on gratuitous transfer of fixed assets and property to the investor, which is FRZ-Holding LLC, previously announced on February 6 of the same year, was canceled.

According to the new agreements, the transfer of the property of the hotel and tourist complex “Dostuk” will be carried out not on a gratuitous basis, but for temporary use. This is stipulated by the Additional Agreement No. 2 to the Investment Agreement dated April 4, as well as by the Lease Agreement No. 2 signed on the same day.

Such a change in the terms of the deal significantly affected the financial indicators of the company. Assets of Hotel Dostuk OJSC increased by KGS 16.87 mln - from KGS 86.29 mln to KGS 103.16 mln. The growth amounted to 19.6% compared to the end of the previous quarter.
