The bank will be closed from 1 to 11 May.
From 1 May 2025 to 9 May, all Bank service points with a five-day working week will be closed.
Bakay Bank branches will operate according to their standard schedule from 1 to 11 May. Most branches and savings banks are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., without a lunch break. Saturday and Sunday are days off. Some branches (e.g., the Karakol branch and savings banks) may operate on a separate schedule, including Saturdays. The Uzgen branch is open daily from 08:30 to 17:00.
From 1 to 6 May, all bank branches will be closed.
From 6 May, Customer Service Centres (CSC) will resume work.
From 10 May, branches and savings banks operating on a Saturday schedule will open.
From 12 May, the bank will return to its normal working schedule.
The following branches will be open during the long weekend in May:
1 May – Labour Day, a non-working holiday for all Bank divisions, branches and savings banks, except for the Sovetskaya branch, SK Bishkek Park and SK Tommy Mol.
2–3 May – May holidays, non-working days, except for the Sovetskaya branch, SK Bishkek Park and SK Tommy Mol.
4 May – May holidays, non-working days, except for SK Bishkek Park and SK Tommy Mol.
5 May – Constitution Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, non-working holiday for all Bank divisions, branches and savings banks, except for the Sovetskaya branch, Bishkek Park SK and Tommy Mol SK.
6-7-8 May – May holidays, non-working days, except for the Soviet branch, Bishkek Park branch and Tommy Mol branch.
9 May – Victory Day, a non-working public holiday for all divisions, branches and savings banks of the Bank, except for the Sovetskaya branch, SK Bishkek Park and SK Tommy Mol.
10 May – a working day for all branches with a 6-7 day work schedule
11 May is a working day for all branches with a 7-day work schedule.
