A ceremony was held in the meeting hall of the capital's municipal government to sign an agreement between Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev and Invest Key G Holding LLC on the implementation of a comprehensive project to invest in the construction, reconstruction and improvement of residential and commercial properties in the city of Bishkek.

The investment agreement provides for the preservation of the former Western Bus Station building and its reconstruction into an exhibition centre, as well as the reconstruction and improvement of the Molodezhny and 40 Let Oktyabrya city parks.

In addition, the agreement provides for the design and construction of new bases Tazalyk-1 and Tazalyk-2, as well as a customer service building for the municipal enterprise Tazalyk.
On the territory of the two former bases, it is planned to build a hotel, an apart-hotel, multi-apartment residential buildings, a public and business centre and other facilities.

The reconstruction of road infrastructure (underground crossing) on Zhibek Zholu Avenue opposite the Western Bus Station is also expected.

The total investment is at least 2 billion 625 million KGS.
