Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov held a regular meeting of the cabinet, where more than ten issues were addressed and some important decisions were made. 

Cabinet members approved resolutions on issues of the specialized fund under the state body on bankruptcy cases, on approval of the regulation on the procedure for export control of controlled products in the Kyrgyz Republic, on amendments to the government resolution “On funds of budgetary institutions accumulated on special and deposit accounts in the system of a single treasury account”.

The decision on the issues of education quality development was adopted. The National Center for Education Quality Assessment and Information Technologies under the Ministry of Education and Science was renamed the Department of Education Quality Development under the ministry. It should be noted that the department will operate based on self-funding, without the need for additional funding from the republican budget.

The Resolution “On Approval of the Program for the Development of Trade and Logistics Centers in the Agro-Industrial Sector of the Kyrgyz Republic's Economy for 2024-2028” was adopted. The purpose of the programme is to increase the export potential of domestic agricultural products in foreign markets and competitiveness through the establishment and development of trade and logistics centres, as well as the creation of favourable conditions for the sale of products by agricultural manufacturers through the organization and development of regional trade and logistics centres.

In addition, decisions were made to transfer (transform) certain land plots, located in Jalal-Abad, Talas and Chui oblasts from one category to another. The general concept of the energy sector issues was also approved.
