02/26/2025, 16:23As of 27 February, the official ruble exchange rate in Kyrgyzstan was 1.0149 KGS, returning to 1-to-1 parity. This means that for the first time in a long time the ruble is again trading at a level at which one Russian ruble is worth approximately one KGS, the last time it was so in April 2024.
At the same time, the dollar exchange rate remained almost unchanged, having regained 87.45 KGS lost the day before. Euro rose by 0.3% to 91.8444 KGS. The Kazakh tenge fell slightly, decreasing by 0.5% to KGS 0.1745. The Chinese yuan showed a slight increase to 12.0520 KGS.
