02/20/2025, 08:16From February 8 to 19, 2025, an expanded meeting was held at the State Residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1, where key issues of interaction between central and local government authorities, financial institutions, and businesses were discussed.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, heads of ministries and agencies, heads of local state administrations, mayors of regionally significant cities, as well as representatives of the financial sector and the business community. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic was represented by First Deputy Minister Choro Seitov.
The main focus was on providing public and financial services, implementing infrastructure and investment projects, and upcoming reforms in the economy and governance. Participants reviewed the performance of local authorities for 2024, analyzed the achieved results, and identified key issues requiring resolution.
Heads of local state administrations and mayors presented reports on the work carried out and outlined priority development areas for 2025. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening coordination between government institutions, businesses, and financial organizations to attract investment and implement promising initiatives.
