The project aims to reduce bureaucracy and implement the President's decree on improving the efficiency of public services. The authorities promise that the changes will simplify and speed up the process of obtaining licences, as well as reduce the burden on government agencies.
The document emphasises that no additional budgetary expenditure will be required, and the project itself will not affect business activities or pose any social or environmental risks.
The project will be posted on the Unified Portal for public discussion.
