This year, 9.2 thousand hectares more wheat was sown than last year

Across the country, wheat was sown on 9.2 thousand hectares more than in the same period last year.

Currently, spring field work is actively continuing in Batken, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Chui, Talas and Issyk-Kul oblasts. To date, sowing works have been carried out on the area of 248.6 thousand hectares.

The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry, monitoring is carried out and special attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies, which allow for timely implementation of the necessary agro-technical measures during spring field work.
