JK approved the bill in the field of housing insurance

The Committee on Transport, Communications, Architecture and Construction at a regular meeting today, 11 March, considered the draft law «On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic» in the third reading.

The initiator of the bill is the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Information about the bill was presented by Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Gulshat Asylbaeva. According to her, the draft law is aimed at bringing the normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic involved in the field of compulsory insurance of housing, civil liability of owners of motor vehicles.

«The bill is designed to implement the Presidential Decree “On measures to develop the insurance market”, the Law “On compulsory insurance of residential premises against fire and natural disasters” and bringing the regulatory legal acts involved in compulsory insurance of housing in accordance with this law», — said the rapporteur.

Committee members approved the bill in the third reading.
