Today, if a person has tax debts, a travel ban is imposed through the court. However, the new bill proposes to change this approach.
If a tax debt is recognised an enforcement document, the exit ban will no longer be necessary, because the debt will be able to be collected through other measures within the enforcement proceedings, as well as impose an exit ban.
